Rules

Please read and follow our community guidelines

SECTION 1: General

1.1: General Statement: All members must obey all rules set by this document. All rules and aspects are subject to change at any time. All rules will be enforced by staff at all times.

1.2: Disciplinary Action (DAs): All DAs should fit the crime. It is at the discretion of the staff member to give a fitting DA. DA options are just options, if the person's actions that broke the rules seem deemable of a harsher DA then staff can skip the less harsh options. DA options are as follows: Verbally Warn, Strike (1, 2, or 3), Kick, or Ban. (Strike System, you will be banned or kicked after your third strike. If given a strike you will be given a role in Discord. Strikes must be given in order 1, 2, 3). Punishment appeals can be done by opening a ticket with the Board of Directors. All DAs/staff actions/staff investigations are logged staff.

1.3: Abuse of Power: All abuse of power reports (staff or department related) can be done through opening a ticket with the Board of Directors who will investigate the matter.

1.4: Chain of Command: If applicable, please try to use the staff’s chain of command. This gives lower ranked command members a chance to help if they can and distributes the responsibility.

1.5: Falsifying Reports: No falsifying any report or document (out of roleplay).

1.6: Harassment: All forms of harassment or bullying will not be tolerated.

1.7: English Language: English will be the only language spoken to keep from misunderstandings and confusion.

1.8: Malicious Activity: Dangerous links, NSFW content, 3rd party software (such as a cross hair, aimbot, etc.) will not be tolerated. Shaders, U1D GFX, QuantV, and others to make your game look better are allowed!

1.9: Characters: Failure to comply with the following will result in whitelist removal until you are in compliance. You are allowed to have other civilian characters that are not your primary character. Primary and Secondary characters are explained below.

1.9(a): PRIMARY CHARACTER: Your primary character is you (you do not have to use your actual name, we encourage you not to), you will utilize your primary character for departments and for your display name in Discord and in game.

1.9(b): SECONDARY CHARACTER(S): Any character that is not your primary character. Not allowed to be in departments.

1.10: Name Policy: In-game display name and Discord display name must be formatted correctly. You may use a fake name for your primary character name. Your primary name is you and is used for all departments, not your secondary character(s), meaning that if you RP as a civilian, you may play as multiple characters just don’t change your display name to a secondary character. Format for Discord and In-game Display Name is the first letter of first name with a period then the last name, for example: “J. Doe” or if in a department, utilize callsigns before name, “P601 | J. Doe”. Note: The first letter of your first name is optional, for example: “J. Doe” can be “Doe” or “John”.

1.11: Whitelisted Members: All whitelisted members are allowed to roleplay as civilians only, until you join a department. All whitelist members must follow the rules at all times.

1.15: Obey Department Policies: All members of departments must obey their department policies. If you sense corruption or unfair policy, open a ticket in main discord with the Board Of Directors and it will be investigated.

1.16: Department Command/Supervisor Limits: All members may only be in the Supervisor (or command or high command) ranks of only one law enforcement agency at a time. Example; if you are a supervisor, or high ranked, within the Pennsylvania State Police, then you are not allowed to be a supervisor, or higher ranked, within the Philadelphia Police Department nor the Philadelphia Sheriff’s Office.

1.17: Requirement For RP As Department: All members must be in a department before they can RP as that department. It is displayed by having your department’s role in the main discord which is given after training from/within that department. Failure to abide by this may result in permanent removal or ban. Board Of Directors and Founders are exempt and can RP as all departments (with proper training) only as a low ranked member. Board Of Directors and Founders are exempt from vehicle and uniform restrictions. (Example: Board Of Directors Member RP-ing as an Officer because they can’t be anything higher.)
